(Albuquerque, NM - February 4, 2010) Brown Mackie College – Albuquerque is proud to welcome two new staff members to its newest and first location in New Mexico.
Eric Rudie, Campus President, has over 20 years experience in higher education leadership, regulatory affairs and operations of private postsecondary institutions. Prior to his appointment as Campus President of Brown Mackie College- Albuquerque, Rudie served as Campus President at Brown Mackie College- Michigan City. Rudie earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California - Irvine, and is a former Site Visit Chair and Curriculum Specialist for the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training and a member of the National Business Educators Association.
Jim Cheslek, Dean of Academic Affairs, joined the Brown Mackie College-Albuquerque team on January 4, 2010. Cheslek most recently served as the department chair of criminal justice and legal studies at Brown Mackie College – Michigan City. Cheslek has also taught a variety of business, ethics, legal and criminal justice courses as an Adjunct Professor at Brown Mackie College – Michigan City and Brown Mackie College – Merrillville. Cheslek has 30 years professional experience as a lawyer, and has worked both as a corporate attorney and managing partner. Cheslek received a BA in political science from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mich. before completing his Juris Doctor at Valparaiso University School of Law in Indiana.
